Dana leads the global Internal Audit function at Synchrony, which provides responsible access to credit and banking products to support healthier financial lives for tens of millions of people. She advises the company on enterprise risk, regulatory engagement, and audit strategy. She has championed innovation through data analytics and digital transformation, including founding the Data Intelligence Academy and creating the Vision 25+ Leadership Academy to prepare emerging leaders.
Dana is also a dedicated advocate for creating opportunities for all. She serves as Executive Sponsor for the Synchrony Women’s Network, recruits and develops early career talent through business leadership programs, and volunteers with several organizations helping mobilize significant funding and support for local nonprofits.
