Introducing Synchrony's Business Leadership Program (BLP) Fellows
The Stamford Partnership is thrilled to announce its collaboration with Synchrony, a leading financial services company, as we introduce the fellows from their esteemed Business Leadership Program (BLP). We are excited to have them join our organization this summer as they bring their expertise, dedication, and innovative thinking to our ongoing initiatives.
Let’s take a closer look our talented BLP fellows:
Danny Arroyo:
Hailing from The Bronx, NYC, Danny Arroyo adds a unique perspective to the BLP fellowship. With a degree in Cyber Security and a minor in Information Systems from SUNY Plattsburgh, Danny is a Technology BLP Fellow at Synchrony. He finds solace in reading Japanese anime and manga, exploring the rich tapestry of New York City, and listening to music. Danny’s technical expertise shines as he works as an engineer on the API team, driving innovation through his commitment to excellence.
Varun Awasthi:
As a Credit Business Leadership Program (BLP) Fellow at Synchrony, Varun Awasthi combines his financial acumen and leadership skills to drive impactful change. Varun recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana with a degree in Finance. Alongside his academic pursuits, he has a passion for teaching financial literacy to students. In his spare time, Varun enjoys playing basketball and the piano, showcasing his diverse range of interests and talents.
Maggie Reville:
A Stamford Native, Maggie Reville is a homegrown talent who brings a wealth of knowledge to the BLP fellowship. She attended Hamilton College, where she studied Economics and Statistics and excelled as a member of the field hockey and lacrosse teams. At Synchrony, Maggie is a Credit BLP Fellow, currently contributing her skills to the acquisition strategy team. Her love for live entertainment fuels her desire to attend concerts and in-person sports games, and she plans to make the most of the vibrant summer events in the city.
Chloe Sainsbury:
From the quaint town of Northborough, Massachusetts, Chloe Sainsbury brings a refreshing perspective to the BLP fellowship. After graduating with a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, Chloe is a Data Analytics BLP Fellow on the PayPal Credit Digital Analytics team at Synchrony. Her love for nature is evident in her hobbies of gardening and hiking, as she seeks solace surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors. Chloe’s passion for sustainability and social impact will undoubtedly contribute to our initiatives in a profound way.

Together, we will leverage the combined strengths of our fellows and our partnership to identify the needs of the Stamford community and enhance engagement in our programs.
