STAMFORD — The Stamford Partnership is pleased to announce that N.T. Shivkumar (Shiv) is joining the Board of Directors. 

Shiv is the Co-Founder, CEO & Board member at Scala Computing, Inc – a New York-based Venture-backed technology firm focused on high-performance computing on Cloud. As an entrepreneurial business leader with over 30 years of experience in the technology, data analytics, and business process operations industry, Shiv’s career is punctuated with an outstanding track record of success during his progressive tenures as a global leader in public firms (NASDAQ:EXLS and NSE:HCLTECH) and as an impactful founder incubating, mentoring and growing multiple ventures in US & India.

Shiv is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and ACCD’s Director Qualified program. A passionate advocate of Social Enterprise & Impact investment initiatives,  he is an active mentor/advisor for several start-ups at CUNY’s New Venture Accelerator and Public Health Innovation accelerator programs. He also serves on the boards of SPEF and Prasanthi Trust, a CT based 501©3 charitable entity that raises and deploys philanthropic capital into Education & Healthcare programs in rural areas of emerging economies including India.

Shiv’s other professional affiliations include NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors for Public Companies), SHRM (Certified HR Practitioner by Society for Human Resource Management), AWS (Certified Cloud Practitioner), Harvard Alumni Association and ACG (Association for Corporate Growth).

Shiv and his family are long-time Stamford residents with several years of volunteering involvement in various community initiatives.
