STAMFORD — The Stamford Partnership is pleased to announce that McKinsey’s Stefano Redaelli is joining the Board of Directors. Stefano is a member of McKinsey’s Advanced Industries practice, and the Managing Partner for McKinsey’s Stamford, CT, office.

He specializes in serving B2B companies with distributed operations, both public and privately owned, at the intersection of the Industrials, Logistics and Construction value chains (OEMs, Distributors, Logistics operators and Service providers).

Stefano joined McKinsey in 2003 in Italy, worked for 5 years in South America, and now lives in Connecticut. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Stefano graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and received an MBA from NYU Stern Business School in 2007.

He is a Board Member of Social Venture Partners of Connecticut, a nonprofit focused on closing the opportunity gap in the state.
